Nancy started her Real Estate career in 1998 at a small boutique company in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2005, following seven successful years as one of the company's top performing agents, she decided it was time to obtain her Real Estate Brokers license and open her own firm, which she has now operated for 20 years!

For 28 years, Nancy has been proudly serving the residents of Northeast Florida by providing them with experience, transparency, and honesty throughout their buying and selling process. Meet Morgan

Morgan Teston,  REALTOR®

Morgan Teston is a Jacksonville native who has had a passion for real estate since she was a young child. She can remember watching the local real estate listings aired on TV while eating her favorite cereal before watching cartoons. She used to tell her past coworkers that when she retired she’d become a real estate agent. In 2020 after her mom passed away she decided not to wait and make that dream a reality because life is too short.


Morgan comes to real estate with a vibrant background in customer service, finance, sales and marketing, insurance as well as quality assurance. She has hit the ground running in this industry by obtaining multiple certifications through the National Association of Realtors® as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) as well as Military Relocation Professional (MRP). She is also certified through the Florida Realtors® as a Florida Military Specialist (FMS).

Morgan has a loving and supportive husband who is also a Jacksonville native and Engineer graduate of UNF. Together they have a sweet little girl. When Morgan isn’t working you can find her spending time with her loved ones, serving her community, traveling and enjoying the zoo with her daughter. Morgan and her family also have a passion for the great outdoors; they love hunting and fishing locally as well as South Carolina.
